How the Import Verdict™ Process Works

- Submit your product information and documents using the form below.
- We review your submission. If any information is missing, we will contact you by email.
- Once we have everything needed, we send you a formal quotation and invoice by email.
- We begin work as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- We submit your documents to — or contact by phone — the relevant Japanese public authorities: Customs, quarantine stations, and MHLW.
- Responses from Japanese public authorities typically take approximately one week.
- Note: Japanese public authorities often respond verbally by phone rather than in writing by email or post. This is standard practice in Japan.
- We document the authority's response and deliver it to you as a formal A4 PDF report.
Service fee: ¥50,000 + consumption tax (10%) = ¥55,000 per product · Each additional product: +¥35,000 + tax = ¥38,500
