Step 02
Customs Clearance
MHLW pre-consultation, Quarantine pre-consultation (F&B / HS code), and Customs pre-consultation (tariff classification). Duties, taxes, storage, and domestic freight to our warehouse are separately at cost.
Customs Clearance — Cannabinoid Products ¥55,000 / shipment
Per-shipment clearance for CBD and cannabinoid products. Covers three-tier pre-consultation and customs brokerage coordination.
Step 03
Climate-Controlled Warehousing
Temperature-controlled storage (~25°C) at our Suwa, Nagano facility. Billed per pallet per month.
Pallet Storage ¥8,000 / pallet / month
1 pallet = W 110cm × D 110cm × H 150cm. Pallet inbound/outbound via forklift.
Storage Duration
Number of months to estimate. Adjust anytime later based on actual inventory turnover.
Step 04
Ongoing Fulfillment
Once orders start flowing, we pick, pack, and ship each unit on your behalf. These are actual-cost items — enter your expected monthly order volume for a rough projection.
Shipping Work Fee ¥500 / order
Per-order pick & pack labor, including Yamato Transport dispatch processing and our shipment tracking portal.
Actual Shipping Cost Est. ¥600 / order avg.
Billed at actual carrier cost. ¥600 is the nationwide average for a typical 10ml oil box; larger items or cold-chain shipments are proportionally higher.

Once your cannabinoid products have cleared customs and are safely stocked in Japan — the real work begins: marketing. These are the services that turn an initial shipment into sustained revenue.
Press Release Distribution ¥50,000 / release
Distributed to 250+ Japanese media outlets via @Press. Includes ¥30,000 service fee + ¥20,000 content creation & management. We draft the release in consultation with you.
Influencer Marketing Quoted separately
We match your product with Japanese influencers suited to its profile. Initial setup ¥100,000; influencer fees negotiated case-by-case.
EC Site Japanese Translation Quoted separately
Japanese landing page / e-commerce site translation. Scope and quote depend on page count and complexity.

- Import duties, consumption tax on imports, storage beyond the quoted period, and domestic inbound shipping from customs to our Suwa warehouse are billed at actual cost and are not included in this estimate.
